Welcome to Lonesome Dove Outfitters where you will experience a genuine Alaskan Adventure. We are based out of Cordova, which is on the eastern side of Prince William Sound on the North Gulf Coast of Alaska. The country is spectacular with a mixture of ocean, tidal flats, glaciers, and rugged, towering mountains. We offer fully guided hunts for Brown Bear, Black Bear, Mountain Goat, Dall Sheep, and Moose. Most of these are combination hunts for more than one trophy. The salmon fishing is excellent on the fall bear hunts, and charters for halibut and other fish are available out of Cordova. Waterfowl hunting is also available on some of the fall hunts. We have enjoyed 100% success since we started, on Mountain Goats. This includes archery hunters as well. You may have seen us featured on ESPN on Tom Miranda's Advantage Adventures show or also on Cabela's Sportsman's Quest. We use an air charter service to get us into remote hunting areas where we are very familiar with the country and the game. All guides are extremely competent and hard working, and this will be apparent during your hunt. The hunts are strictly fair chase, and references from past clients will be furnished upon request. The service is the best available, and the prices are very competitive. So we invite you to join us for a hunting experience that will be remembered for years to come!
